Due to popular demand and in partnership with Fort Worth Community Yoga, Sunday morning yoga classes have been expanded to occur weekly, every Sunday at 11 am. Fort Worth Community Yoga is yoga in the community by the community for the community “So join their community!”
The classes are All Levels Vinyasa Flow style which allows yogis to find their comfort level for each pose. All levels welcome. The classes typically include some light stretching and twisting, balancing, and flow, with time for stillness and peace. Bring a mat, sweat towel, and water. Begins on the Coors Light Waterfront stage on a first come first serve basis. Lastly, this will continue to be a free class, but “pay as you can” and tips are welcomed by instructors if guests feel inclined.
