DESCRIPTION:The Breakthrough T1D Walk is the largest type 1 diabetes (T1D) walk and leads the movement to transform life with T1D. Every year\, hundreds of thousands of people across the country lace up and show up — walkers\, families\, friends\, coworkers and community partners — all united by one goal: a future without T1D. \nWhen you join us\, you become part of a community driving change for people living with T1D. Whether you’re walking in honor of your own diagnosis\, a loved one\, or simply because you believe progress is possible\, your presence and support make a real difference. \nTogether\, we raise funds and awareness for T1D\, fueling progress toward life-changing cures\, better treatments and improved daily tools for managing this condition. Every dollar raised helps power research into cell therapies\, disease-modifying therapies (DMT) and early detection — bringing us closer to a world where T1D no longer limits what’s possible. \nThe Walk isn’t just a fundraiser.
