Are all events held on the waterfront stage?

No, we’re so much more than that! Panther Island Pavilion has a total of 5 permanent stage options, one 10,300 sq. ft. indoor venue and 40 acres of flexible festival space for year-round concerts on land or in the water.

What types of events are best suited for the venue?

Panther Island Pavilion is the perfect location for large events such as festivals, concerts and sporting events such as 5Ks, boating events and bike rides.

Can I rent the venue for my private event such as a company picnic, wedding or birthday party?

No, Panther Island Pavilion is only for events that are open for the public to attend with ticket purchase or by free admission.

What is the rental process?

If you are interested in using Panther Island Pavilion for an event, you can get the ball rolling by submitting an online application. Staff will review the application and once all requirements are met, we will issue an event permit which will be your rental agreement.

Is there a rental fee?

There sure is. Simply fill out the online application so we know what you’re looking for and we’ll be happy to follow up with pricing info.

Is there a minimum attendance requirement for rental of Panther Island Pavilion?

Yes, each area of Panther Island Pavilion has a different attendance requirement. For the attendance requirements of a specific area check out the facilities page.

Are outside vendors/caterers allowed?

Yes. Event producers are allowed to use food and beverage vendors of their choice as long as they meet all local and state requirements. If you are interested, we have a list of local vendors familiar with the site which is available upon request.

Are there any guidelines associated with use of the site?

Is there a discounted rate available for non-profits to rent the shack?
