Dust off your lederhosen, the 3rd Annual Oktoberfest Fort Worth is coming back to Panther Island Pavilion! The three day festival, presented by Spaten, will stay true to the traditional, Munich-style Oktoberfest with authentic German food, music and entertainment. The festival will take place at The Shack at Panther Island Pavilion. It will feature both indoor and outdoor biergartens including a main hall where authentic German beer, Spaten Oktoberfest, will be served and a biergaten which will serve fall and Oktoberfest craft beers from around the country.
Tonight the official Community Tapping Committee, consisting of elected officials and local community leaders, will come together to kick-off Oktoberfest Fort Worth with a traditional tapping of the kegs ceremony on the opening night of the festival. The ceremony will take place at 7:30 p.m. in Spaten Halle in The Shack at Panther Island Pavilion.
