Light the Night Walk

Last Sunday, Light the Night took place at Panther Island Pavilion—Fort Worth, TX. This walk was put on to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to find a blood cancer cure. The Jalapeno Half

Sunday morning nearly 1000 participants gathered to take part in the Jalapeno Half – Fort Worth, TX at Panther Island Pavilion. For their 5th year running on the Trinity Trails, Mellew Productions enhanced their competitors experience by adding a 10k with the original 5k. Each runner that crossed the finish line received the Jalapeno finisher medal, enjoyed Rabbit Hole Brewing and joined in on the jalapeno-eating contest.

For the second year, country singer Cody Johnson dominated the stage last Saturday at Panther Island Pavilion – Fort Worth, Texas. With over 9000 people in the audience, the show was a sold out event. Leading up to Cody Johnson’s outstanding performance, singers Mike Ryan, Tracy Byrd, and Koe Wetzel opened the stage. Even though the event has passed, you can still get the country music experience at Rockin’ the River every Saturday, starting July 1st until August 5th!

The Arthritis Foundation’s 2016 Jingle Bell Run – Fort Worth

Saturday afternoon over 1,000 participants gathered to take part in The Arthritis Foundation’s 2016 Jingle Bell Run – Fort Worth, TX at Panther Island Pavilion. This annual run provides a fun way for participants to get out and get moving, all while raising funds and awareness to cure America’s #1 cause of disability, arthritis. So far, The Arthritis Foundation has raised $112,415 of their $130,000 goal for 2016. Jingle Bell Run this Weekend

Join the Arthritis Foundation this Saturday, December 3 as they host the largest holiday-themed 5K race series anywhere – and join the movement to conquer arthritis! The festivities begin at 3:00 p.m. The 1 Mile Run and walk begins at 4:30 and the 5K race and walk begins at 5:00 pm.

The Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell Run is a fun way to get out, get moving and raise funds and awareness to cure America’s #1 cause of disability. In communities nationwide, this annual event brings together people from all walks of life to shout “Yes, we will live life to its fullest while searching for a cure!” As a Champion of Yes, kick off your holidays by helping conquer arthritis once and for all!

The event features activities for the entire family. Pet owners are encouraged to bring their dogs.

Wear a holiday-themed costume. Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces. Show off your ugly Christmas sweater. Complete a 5-kilometer run or walk with your team members, spreading smiles, good cheer and a winning spirit … and be a Champion of Yes!
